I was glad to see my service person, Marty, but I was surprised that he did not show up until nearly 7pm. I was on the verge to lock everything up since I was told he would come between 4-6pm. I discussed it with him and he was told to arrive between 5-7pm. He also let me know that several other customers said the same thing, that there times were earlier than what he had been told. Is there a problem with the scheduler? I hope in the future this will not be a problem!
