I made appt.in Dec.I believe on the 12th No problems with the tech who came to my home at about 11:30 a.m.the Problem I had was with payment...I told the women I made the appointment with i would be paying cash and I did pay cash, i have the receipt to prove it. I was shocked to discover at 8:55 a.m.on the morning of appt my card was charged $398.81. I don't remember giving my CC# but i must have for I have never used Braman b/4. I must say when I notified Braman they quickly reconciled the acct. I just never rec'd a suitable answer to why they would charge my acct when i said I'd pay cash and charge it 4 hours b/4 the tech came. That doesn't sit well with me. A. Swabski.
