Service was fine. What I am concerned about is that I just had treatment in January. I was not due for a treatment until April as I get serviced quarterly. I did not receive a phone call prior to the technician showing up. When he showed up, I questioned when he was there last and let him know that I had not been notified prior to his arrival. He asked if I wanted to be rescheduled, which I should of said yes; however, I trusted that he was there on good faith and that I was mistaken and just had never received a phone call. After he left, I learned that my last treatment had been in January and felt a little mislead and cheated as my service should have been in April. I hope that this was just a mistake and that your company was not just drumming up business with all this Covid-19 spread going on. Just thought that I would share my story and hope that you will be honest in the future.
