I am terribly disapointed with your service! Multiple times, we have not been scheduled and a tech shows up without notice and neither my husband nor I are home. Thus,our home is not treated. Both my husband and I work so we need advance notice. I have asked multiple times to be put on a regular schedule (ie, the 3rd Thursday, every other month at a certian time), but our requests have been denied as not possible. This happened, once again, on 8/17. We are currently looking for another pest control company.
