Ordered the interior and exterior insect spray service and attic fog. 2+ weeks ago the technician opened the attic access ladder in our garage, placed the fog unit on the steps and closed the access. Our attic in the garage is connected to the rest of the attic by a small 2’ x 3’ opening. I question the effectiveness of their process. He then proceeded to spray the interior of our house. As I said, this happened 2+ weeks ago. The exterior could not be completed since it was raining that day. We have yet to be contacted to schedule the remaining work and we still have ants and roaches in the house.
