No i am not happy with service. Seems as if you are putting water down instead. Also when customer service calls and i tell them that i am unhappy with service they offer no resolution and say im sorry and hang up the phone. You would figure since they charge more and come more frequent that it would be better. Gowever at this point it feels as if im paying 50.00 a month to have someone water my lawn instead of treating it. I will be canceling.
