Shay is being asked to change a few of his customers and that caused a little grief here at Cook Regentec because Shay's supervisor insisted we move our service to this morning so it would fit his schedule. I did not appreciate the way it was handled. I was given less than 12 hours notice of the change.
Shay is one of your best service technicians. I accommodated him because he does such a good job.
