Not really very pleased...first of all, I have requested more than once to be notified of an upcoming appointment & time for me to confirm it. Last week, unbeknownst to me, the technician was standing at my door. He claimed that he is “ not permitted” to call ahead. Please explain why.
Last night my daughter went to take a shower and there was some sort of SPIDER —- more than 3 1/2” wide!!
Please call to send someone out to more aggressively treat the outdoor areas.
