Hey It took 5 hrs for someone to arrive to assist me with with birds in my home .The techs arrived no JP insignia or work order.Also nothing to sign.As I am sitting in my home I don't know who they are.No JP ID Tag and not in JP McHale Van.No follow up after.They removed 2.My dog found 2after they left. I would love a response.
