No pleased at all with the McHale service lately. Notifications are not sent . There are preset times for service. Techs show up with incorrect work orders. The dispatch office is not functioning as it used to. I am considering terminating the agreement. I spoke with the sales rep and someone was going to call me . To date I have heard nothing from your office.
