I have had one service so far from Braman however I am very pleased thus far. I am most impressed with the explanations I have received, the timeliness in responses when I've emailed a question, and the understanding up front of costs. Other companies were not able to tell me cost up front. I have not given the "Excellent" rating only b/c we just had our first service last week.
