I called Bio-Tech for a rodent problem I was having. Chris arrived to the house and began by getting pertinent information about my rodent problem. He then did a full inspection of my home on the exterior and interior and actually found areas that my former pest control company missed. He explained the process and how each area he marked would be sealed. Chris and his partner arrived back to the house to seal all entry points that needed to be addressed and add traps to areas that needed to be. They even made sure areas that were exposed to my two sons were placed in boxes so that they wouldn't set it off and possibly get hurt. The final inspection he checked all traps and reset them advised us that they would need to come back one final time as the activity level was a little more than he liked. Not only is the house drastically better from rodents the cost was $1500 cheaper than my former company who did a terrible job.
