Good evening I was a client . Last year during the months of July and August I placed a few service calls The appointments were scheduled but in each case the tech never showed. I called. There was a rescheduled appointment. The same outcome. I discontinued my service. Now I’m being contacted by collection agencies regarding a delinquent service payment of $100. I need this matter to be resolved immediately before further action is taken.
