Steve, the technician arrived at 8 a.m. and assessed the situation, realizing the hive was on the top of the roof he needed a longer ladder and enlisted the assistance of Zak. Both were extremely professional and personable, and hoisted the ladder to the crown of the roof, the location of the hive a "dusted" it. We all watched as the yellow jackets, some dusted white, fall to the ground. We'll have to wait 48-72 hours to make sure we have them. I was very happy with the knowledge of Steve and Zak and I believe that Rose should consider both an asset to the company. I would definitely call back Rose for any future exterminating needs.
