I am a former employee of this business. I quit the position due to the extremely high instances of disrespect shown towards me by both the company and their clients. They are required by law to produce records upon request for me to obtain a new license. They are trying to force me into a process to obtain the records I'm entitled to, of which I dont have the resources to accomplish. This is a defacto refusal of production of records. Upon informing them that I would have to use alternative legal methods, such as having the Structural Pest Control Board do a records check to recover these documents, the owner decided it was wise to curse me out and threaten to "beat your a$$" over a phone he falsely claims I stole. He claims I refused to give his stolen property to police in person and that they claim its a civil matter. Theft is criminal. Further, they claim to be a Christian organization, however, they're Christian in name only. Stay far away from this company, both as a consumer and pest professional.
