Jay is fantastic. Not only was he empathetic to the high level of "activity" I have in my house with mice, but he was super respectful, kind and professional. He was on time and personable. He taught me a lot about where mice might be coming in and plugged holes for me. He set snap traps and also set around bait boxes out of the dogs reach. I already have my two-week follow-up visit scheduled and am looking forward to a progress report.
