Overall, the guys did a good job, but we need you to add grout along the top side of one of the tiles that was loose and required re-attachment. It appears to have been missed.

If you would have called and told us this we would have gladly returned.
This was a shower restoration and when we got started we noticed three loose tiles. We repaired them and regrouted the area. The grout must have settled in that area.
I called you to make this right. No response or answering machine.
