I am writing a complaint in regards of Rocky Mount NC terminex. Customer satisfaction is not their focus collecting payment is their first priority. I will never want their service again. The store manager nor the two Customer Representatives was trying to work out a solution from the mis communication from one of their employees. Terminex does not have customers best interest, they are just payment collectors! Terrible bad business!
