While the person who does the actual work is wonderful the same cannot be said about the reservations group.
Twice now they confirmed one time with me and send a completely different time to the worker.
As a result of this miscommmunication I have been left to scramble to make the 'wrong' time work.
Not acceptable for an otherwise great company.
