Every quarter there is a different technician that shows up. Most of them look sloppy in their uniforms. They are barely there for 20min. The last guy didn’t even treat in my kitchen or foyer. He was out of the house so quick it’s impossible that he did a thorough job at all. He spent more time outside than in. I’ve been with the company for about 3yrs now and I have only had 2 technicians that were there extremely thorough with awesome customer service. It’s quite sad. I did have an issue previously that was sort of resolved in that I got a new technician but my account was never credited as promised. The upside is I don’t have issues with bugs but the continuity and presentation of workers needs some major work.
