I am so impressed by Dr. Bartel at Lakeshore Vein Clinic. I have visited several places but none offered the consultation, knowledge and after care that Dr. Bartel did. The patience and reassurance made me feel more like a friend than a patient. I needed radio frequency on both my legs and the procedure was over before I knew it because Dr. Bartel is so skilled and so fast. With the assist of Joy and Jenny (great team) it went so smoothly. They all stayed a while making sure I was okay (which I was) and then----I went home! Several days later an ultrasound is done as a checkup and another a month later (not offered anywhere else). They really care. From day one, this very friendly and welcoming environment, I knew this was the place for me. And the best part - its all run by women!! Kudos to them and a BIG thank you.
