We have always been pleased with Lloyds and they have always resolved any problems we have had with "unwanted visitors" in our home. We are lucky to not have much to deal with except sometimes ants invading at certain times of the year. Also, it is very nice to know that every 2 years we are entitled to a free termite inspection - which would give us any early warning to future problems. Very good company to deal with.
