The exterminator, Marcell, did an exterior perimeter pest treatment on 10/7/24. Melissa told me that before all treatments, I would get a call ahead 2 days before and also a text notification. I did not receive any notification at all. I wanted the inside of my home done, so that never happened since I was not home when Marcell arrived with NO prior notice. A couple of weeks after this, I ran into Marcell at Possum Park Shopping center. I told him about the situation, and he said he would call Melissa and get a call back visit to my home scheduled and I would hear back. It has been weeks, and I have heard nothing from Melissa, nor Marcell.
