We met Lori on our first visit to Sequim July 2014. Our intention was to get to know the area, decide if we liked it as a retirement destination and look at some lots to get a feel for the local real estate picture. If everything looked good then maybe we'd think about buying. We ended up falling in love with Sequim and found a property that met the vast majority of our long laundry list of "gotta haves". We only had four days in Sequim and Lori was available at all times for us. She was ever cheerful, always helpful, dependably knowledgeable...and if she didn't know something she fully researched the answer for us right away...and worked her craft with an attention to detail rarely found. Her people skills are fabulous and that opened the door to important information from sellers and neighbors we would not have been able to obtain on our own...or even have known to ask about. Lori's follow up was top notch and that's hugely valuable in ensuring a good outcome. She worked tirelessly to protect our interests and we ended up with a beautiful property at a good price....and a new friend. :-) In our opinion, buying property in Sequim as a non-resident absolutely requires an expert at the wheel and Lori has our vote hands down.....
