Recently one of your inspectors Michelle Ball did a thorough Termite inspection in my house. During her inspection she pointed out five spots that had recently been successfully treated by another termite company. During her inspection she did not find any sign of active termite. All original paper work and copies of payments for treatment of those spots were made available to her.
Upon completion she offered a quote of $270 for annual termite treatment maintenance. I accepted the offer and she was supposed to email me the documents for signature. However, to my surprise, she called and pulled the offer. Instead she offered to re-treat the five spots, for a charge, and then start the maintenance program.
With no sign of termite activity anywhere in the house I expect the original offer to be honored.
