I was given a 4-hour window for the technician to arrive. Normally, most technicians arrive at the end of the window and that’s what I expected this time. I was very surprised when he, not only arrived on time, but actually got to my house before I could get there and was waiting for me. The service on my air conditioner was great and he submitted all the necessary documentation directly to my warranty company.
