I have asked before to receive a call prior to your arrival. I have been told that calls are made but if I do not answer no messages are left either. I do work from home; however I am in the basement and cannot hear if someone knocks on the door. So yet again I am paying for full services but only receiving partial. Only my front yard was treated leaving my back yard and inside my home untouched. So at this point; I will give you one more opportunity otherwise I am cancelling my services and look elsewhere.
