The german roaches appear to be gone or dead. I have found them as I have shaken out stored items. I am thankful for your service. I was having difficulty trusting you when you gave me times and then they were changed without notification until I had given you up. Again I am grateful. It was a terribly difficult and expensive task to store my household goods. That was not very well detailed in your presentation. It would be helpful to have a handout which outlines the process for folks like me who are not computer savvy and it was terribly difficult to read the info on my phone. Also the brochure should include suggested ways to find storage possibilities. I used 27 gallon tubs from Costco and Home Depot until they ran out. The I discovered the UBox from UHaul. Thank you.
