I was disappointed with Tom’s customer service. He was in and out of the house very fast and then went outside and whatever and left without coming back in to tell me what he had done. I called him and he apologized but did not offer to return. We then went away for the Memorial Day weekend to return on Monday to a sink full of ants. The sink was just black with them. I got out the Steme spray I had been using and killed them all and treated the area around the sink and since then have seen no more there however there is activity in both bathrooms and both bedrooms.
