When Harley was my technician, I never had any problems with my service. Since he is no longer my technician, there always seems to be problems, such as I never get a reminder call letting me know when the technician is coming anymore, he either calls or just shows up and if I'm not home, he can't do his job because my dogs are outside. Harley always got spider webs down and that no longer happens either.
