Jimmy has been a pleasure to work with. Always friendly and very honest about what he can and cant do to control pests. We also have the termite treatment and when I called for service on that--it was very prompt. The only negative is that when I receive my messages telling me of the next service, the day is right, but the time never is. However, I do know Jimmy's schedule so I just ignore the time.
