We have used Bio-Tech for two years now and are very happy with their service. Those who do the exterminating are quick, thorough, and polite. A friend also used them for rat extermination. The rats had found an open hole in her roof. After Bio-Tech came and fixed any holes, they put out traps and checked on them regularly until all proof of rats was gone.
