Technicians are friendly and helpful. Office makes great contact to keep us up to date on our service dates. However we felt the rodent set up fee that we were charged was exorbitant. The bait boxes belong to us and were already placed by us. All that was done on this visit was to fill them. We called the office and were told management would be contacted to see if this fee we were charged could be reduced. Other than this we are extremely satisfied with the service that Eastside Exterminators provides.+.
