We have the BEST service technician-----Kenny! I hear that all of them are great, but we are so pleased with Kenny. He is so knowledgeable, smart, concerned, caring, kind and precise! He calls the day before he comes to service the house, lets us know the approximate time and always checks to see if there are any problems that he needs to see about. We appreciate him----Kenny's da man! :-)
