Had great service this day of inspection. Very professional service technician and knowledgeable on everything that he was checking out for any issues with our home inspection. Only issue was that he texted me that he was on his way to our house for yearly inspection that I was not notified of this morning inspection but my wife and I were complying with his inspection that he was told to do this morning. It is a good thing that we were able to get the completed inspection done today, otherwise he would have been not able to do inspections inside of our home 🏠 we have been using Black since 1996 when we built our house and the property was pretreatment of the ground and have had no issues with any of the treatment of the outside of the house to keep the termites away from our property, Thanks again for your service technician and did a great job, very thorough job on this morning inspection.
