We just received a termite treatment from Lloyd Pest Control. I have nothing against the company or the quality of the work, but the man who just came to my apartment - Dave, who was here from about 10:05-10:15 on 12/21- was extremely rude. Our landlord had called the company and scheduled the treatment. After my girlfriend politely showed him where the problem area was, he started yelling at her about how it wasn't under the warranty. He never apologized or seemed to realize anything was wrong.
