I contacted A-1 because our small 5 unit condo was looking for a new exterminator to do an annual exterior spray around the parameter of our building. The woman who answered the phone was knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, and accommodating. She quoted a price and found a time that was convenient for me. The exterminator was on time, friendly and efficient. He explained what he would do and went right to work. All in all, an excellent experience. Will definitely continue to use this company.
