Service was OK. Every time I schedule an appointment I ask for the afternoon. Each time the techn calls in the morning & says he's in the area & asks if he could come then. Sometimes I've given in but lately I say "No" because we are not morning people & that's why I schedule an afternoon appointment. At least 2 times I've told the person that I scheduled with that I don't want to be bothered in the morning by calling to see if they can come early in the morning. I'm always told they would tell the techn which they must not actually do or the techn ignores my request. That I find very annoying.
