When I called the Bugman service, it was the termite season, so they were backed up and could not come for a week or more. When I asked if the Bugman could call me personally to answer questions about my situation, he called right back and spent a good deal of time with me on the phone answering questions. When the initial service man came to measure the house for treatment and give an estimate, I asked if he could just stay and start the treatment immediately. Although it put him at my house rather late, he obliged me and got right to work. He was knowledgeable and professional.
