Very good service provided by inspection professional Jacob. The report was very detailed and thorough. I did not use them to complete the work as they quoted 1.8k to close the rodent access points which seemed very high and additional work for redoing the full insulation. There is a lot of up selling on maintenance and periodic follow ups with little warranty in place. I got the same work done to my satisfaction by another professional and licensed company for much less.
