Our inspector, Kayla, was very thorough, even crawling on her hands and knees around door sills inside cabinets. She checked every windowsill. She also took the time to teach me and, more importantly, to ask about myself. I felt like a person Kayla was interested in, not a “homeowner” in a house inspection.
Giovanne, our technician, took time to explain the schedule and that this product would not harm my indoor-only cats. Outside, in additional to the usual insect control, we added mosquito control.
Kayla also offered options regarding the lawn...we have moles. Several treatments and schedules available.
