My recent experience was incredibly positive. The woman who answered my call and scheduled my appointment for a bed bug inspection was both accommodating and reassuring during a stressful time. She scheduled the appointment for the next day, I received an email when the technician was on the way, and he arrived right at the beginning of the appointment window provided. He was thorough, professional, and informative, and again made me feel better during a very stressful time. I would definitely use Eco Tech again if the need arose!
