It would seem that we signed with you to get rid of our rat problem. If we are having to remove dead rats the house that is not something we want to do.

Mrs. Molten I hope that after our conversation that our service is not considered a 1 star. I do feel we are doing everything per our agreement and we will continue to focus on the success of the baiting program.
