Not going to lie I have not been happy as of late with my service. The technician was just phoning it in I believe with my service. One time I do think he even did anything since he came when it was raining, yet I was still charged for a full service. I had asked on two prior visits for replacement caps for my termite traps that I hit with my riding mower. They were never changed. I was going to see how my most recent visit was going to go and then consider canceling. However that is when Xavier showed up. Wow he changed my perspective. He was so thorough. He treated my entire house and garage, removed cobwebs from the entire exterior and even replaced my termite covers. All while being very professional and friendly. Thank you Xavier!! Hoping I can keep him on for my service. I feel the value of this service after his visit. Thank you.
