I would not recommend this company. 1st mistake the tech did not show up for the inspection. I waited 2 hours, no one called to tell me there was a problem. I called Hoffman. A new appointment was set. The tech who is one of the managers was knowledgeable and pleasant. Rick. I reached out to Rick twice to get my proposal. The first time there was an apology the 2nd time no response. At this point if the treatment was free I would not use or recommend Hoffman Exterminating. The fact I am getting a request for service review and never received the estimate is proof of their inefficiency.
