We"ve had an unusual problem with shrews finding their way into our finished basement. After s few months of trying to take of the problem myself, I happened to see a Presidio Pest Control truck in our neighborhood and called the number under the logo. Turns out that I"m speaking to Bobby, the owner! He was very interested in our problem, but had not had any first hand experience with shrews. He offered to do some research for a solution and call me back with a plan. The next day, Bobby is at our house with a plan. He does a thorough inspection and implements corrective action. The result, problem solved!!
Not only was Bobby genuinely concerned, but is a very nice guy.
