I was satisfied with the service by Ryan. However, I cannot say the same thing about the coordination between your office and me. I was initially told he would not be spraying, but putting down a gel and that the tenants would not have to vacant the house. He told me initially that he was spraying and they would have to vacate for 2 hours. I called back and spoke with a woman that confirmed he was using the gel and they would not have to vacate. She said the gel was for roaches only and he would only have to spray if there were silverfish and spiders involved (which I was told was not the case). When Ryan showed up, he reiterated that he would be spraying and they would have to vacate for 2 hours.
I think your customers would be better served if there was more consistency in information conveyed to the customers.
