I am largely pleased with the service from Home Paramount. I have been a customer for years but there are some things that need improvement-I have been waiting now for months for something to pin down my bait boxes as we have a racoon that often carries them all over the yard-they have yet to appear and I just had my last quarterly inspection. this is frustrating. I will say, however, that when I have sudden problems, home Paramount responds right away and I have been very pleased with everything else.
