I am not happy. I signed a 3 month contract on 12/17/24. My problem was tiny ants, primarily in the kitchen. A worker came on Friday, 12/20/24, and sprayed for the ants. He did not put out any ant traps, as the earlier rep stated he would do. I called the following Monday because there are still ants in the kitchen. The earliest appointment i could get for someone to come is January 3, two weeks after my call stating that there are still ants in the kitchen. I realize this is the holiday season, but I don’t think it is reasonable for me to have to put up with ants in the kitchen for two weeks after I just signed a $90 contract.
