Our initial termite inspection appointment the 2 servicemen showed up on time and prepared. One conducted the inspection in our attic for termites and the other started on the exterior. When completed, they walked me through everything they found (which included rat droppings in attic). I was given several options for termite eradication. I called to make a follow-up service call for the rat trap setting and termite treatment (not fumigation). Again, two men showed up on time and were prepared with the supplies necessary for the jobs. We walked the property to review the work to be done. I showed them a couple extra areas where I noticed termite droppings and they treated those areas as well. Rat traps were set, treatment and patching was completed and they even removed a wooden 2x4 instead of treating it and replaced it since it was so bad. I believe they did a fine job and have complete faith that at any time I see termites in the next year, they’ll be out to treat them for me. Extremely glad I chose Cal Coast!
